What Doozy can do in WooCommerce
Approve Doozy in your WooCommerce store once and it works with the store's own data: it finds orders, reads a product's stock and variations, looks up a customer, and reads the sales report, then posts the answer where you asked. With a read-and-write key it can also change an order's status, leave a note, change a price or stock level, or create a coupon.
- Search products by name, SKU, status, stock or category, and read one with its variations
- Search orders by status, date, customer or words, and read one with its lines, addresses and totals
- Read an order's notes and refunds
- Look up customers and their order history
- List coupons
- Read the sales report and the best sellers for a period
- Change an order's status, and add a note the customer is or isn't sent
- Change a product's or variation's price, stock or status
- Create a coupon

How to connect WooCommerce
A few minutes, by whoever owns the workspace. No engineer needed.
- 1
On the Integrations page, choose WooCommerce, enter your store's address and pick read-only or read-and-write.
- 2
Your store asks you to approve Doozy, as it does for any app. Say yes and you're back in Doozy.
- 3
Switch off any tool you don't want, and ask. A key you made in the store yourself can be pasted instead.
What stays off, and what's always true
Doozy works like a teammate, so it doesn't stop to ask. You decide what it can reach.
Off until you say so
- Everything that writes needs a read-and-write key, which you choose when you approve Doozy in the store
- Refunds stay off until an admin turns them on
Always
- Every task runs in its own isolated workspace. Credentials stay outside it.
- Every tool has a switch. Tools that delete or overwrite start off.
- Every action it takes is on the audit log, with who asked and what happened.
- Owners and admins connect tools and choose switches. Members can only look.

Works well with
One ask often crosses tools: a Sentry error becomes a GitHub pull request and a Linear issue. Doozy uses whichever it needs.
Questions people ask before they connect WooCommerce
- Does it need a plugin?
- No. It works with the store's own API over HTTPS, which every WooCommerce store has. Approving Doozy creates a key in your store that you can see and revoke under WooCommerce's REST API settings.
- Can it refund an order?
- Only with a read-and-write key, and only after an admin switches refunds on. Even then it refunds only when a person clearly asked for that refund, of that amount, on that order, and the audit log records it.
- Can Doozy see our WooCommerce credentials?
- No. Every task runs in its own isolated workspace, and credentials stay outside it: they're added to each call on its way out. Nothing it reads or writes there can expose a key.
- Will it change things in WooCommerce without asking?
- It works like a teammate, so it doesn't stop to ask, and you decide what it can reach. Tools that delete or overwrite start switched off, you can switch off any other, and every action it takes is on the audit log with who asked.
- Who can connect it?
- Owners and admins of your Doozy workspace. Members see what's connected and can't change it. Everyone in your Slack can ask Doozy once it's connected.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing extra. Every integration is included on every plan, and the 14-day trial needs no card.
