Can Doozy send a Klaviyo campaign?

Klaviyo's server includes a send tool. If you want Doozy to draft only, switch it off when you connect Klaviyo, and every send stays with you.

Which Klaviyo role do I need to connect?

Klaviyo's hosted server is open to Owner, Admin and Manager users. Doozy then works with the access that person has.

Can it see our store's orders through Klaviyo?

It reads the events and metrics Klaviyo holds, including the order events your Shopify or WooCommerce store syncs there. With WooCommerce, Doozy can also read the store directly.

Can Doozy see our Klaviyo credentials?

No. Every task runs in its own isolated workspace, and credentials stay outside it: they're added to each call on its way out. Nothing it reads or writes there can expose a key.

Will it change things in Klaviyo without asking?

It works like a teammate, so it doesn't stop to ask, and you decide what it can reach. Tools that delete or overwrite start switched off, you can switch off any other, and every action it takes is on the audit log with who asked.
